Solera’s Innovation Index 2022 found the biggest drivers of AI adoption within body shops were:
– Automating customer interactions (52%)
– Improving employee safety (49%)
– Offering predictive service and maintenance (48%)
– Provision of self-service FNOL with image capture (41%)
